THIS card uses the RTL8139 chipset, whose driver is (surprise, surprise!) rtl8139.o and is definitely included in the stock 2.2.18pre21 kernel package. Before, you had said it was an "EP-320X-V", which uses the VT86c100A chipset, powered by the via-rhine.o driver. Looks like they use that last letter to indicate the chipset they're using.
