To be exact it's a SURECOM EP-320X-R. <lot of snipping> Hello, This site http://www.surecom-net.com/support/download/dl-drvs.htm says that your card has a RTL8139A/B/C chip, which a google search http://www.google.com/search?client=googlet&q=RTL8139A/B/C gives this page http://www.scyld.com/pipermail/realtek/2000-June/000532.html which seems to suggest that you need to use the tulip driver - I'm not familiar with the card, and couldn't get anyhting firm, but I included the links so you can follow them around and see what you find.
