You could remove the local copy and see if that does it
(/usr/var/apt/archives/xfonts-75dpi_4.1.0-6_all.deb).  If apt still
thinks you have the latest version you could resort to downloading it
yourself and sticking it in the cache for dpkg/apt to find.
