Yea, I'm constantly amazed at how much there is to learn.  I mean I was just
going to do a simple cdrecord install and then "oh well I better quick
learn howto recompile the kernel"  For me it's like a layman wanting to
rebuild his car engine. 

I sometimes think groups like this could or should be for lack of better
words breeding grounds for paid tutorship.
