Can't say if it's right for you, cause i have a Soundblaster: 

You should remove this drivers. All soundcards supports this
mpu401 interface. But only cards with a true mpu401 MIDI
interface can use this drivers correct. With most other
sound cards there are conflicts. Intel i8xx support will be
anough of sound drivers for you i mean.

You can remuve isapnp and the pnp drivers of kernel if you
have no pnp cards!
