Why, yes, of course. Tracking motion sensor coupled with a chain gun
comes to mind. Aim at the knees for maximum effect. Electrified razor
wire is another possibility.
Otherwise, no. Either put the server where "someones" cannot get to it,
or run applications that don't need a terminal window, run happily in the
background and save their state information accross restarts.
