in your ~/.muttrc (or ~/.mutt/muttrc ...my choice) add the line:
set spoolfile=~/Mail/mbox

hit "c", then type the name.
There are special aliases for inbox, mbox (saved), and record (sent box):
"!", ">", and "<" respectively.
