Re: problem in upgrade to testing
Does your sources.list include non-us? The crypto stuff (including libssl) is
hosted on server outside of the US for legal reasons.
So, you may need to add a line like this:
deb http://non-us.debian.org/debian-non-US unstable/non-US main contrib
non-free
