Can't remove block special file

This strange file ended up in /lost+found, and I can't get rid of it:

# ls -l
total 825341492

# rm \#450266 
rm: cannot unlink `#450266': Operation not permitted

# lsattr \#450266 
lsattr: No such device While reading flags on #450266

# file \#450266 
#450266: setuid setgid block special (193/220)

Any thoughts on what I can do to get rid of it?  I assume it's only
in lost+found because fsck put it there.
