The Saga begins....

Our intrepid hero had setup a mail relay (Debian and postfix) and wanted
to use the 'virusNotification.pl' to download and install updates to
our...uh, his...McAfee scanner for email scanning. When setup as a test
on his faithfull work box, called "stallion", it worked like a charm.
"It's all good Baby!", he said as he called it a day.

Fate was against our hero, however. When installed on the mail relay the
next day...it choked! "Gadzooks!", he cried. "Why, what have I done?"
Overcome with emotion and fighting dispair, he looked to his external
FTP server for an answer, but it was no help. The FTP server had no
problem getting to the site.

What was it about the mail relay that was having a problem. He tried w3m
and wget, they all failed him. A traceroute worked it's way toward the
site without qualm. The mail relay was able to get to the beloved
slashdot.org and the "Home of the One True Source" debian.org, so what
could it be!

Please help! What could it be? What would cause this box to be rejected
from the aforementioned site? Our hero needs help and time is running
out!
