You seem to not yet have discovered the wonder that is apt. If you have
an Internet connection (I assume you do, being that you found
packages.debian.org) apt can automatically download dependent packages
when downloading a requested package.

You should just need to type "apt-get install wine" at a root shell
prompt to download and install all the dependent packages.

You just need to tell it where it can find the Debian archives via an
/etc/apt/sources.list file. That file should already exist on your
system. Give that a try and come back to the list with any questions you
have along the way.
