If you have an Internet connection (I assume you do, being that you found packages.debian.org) apt can automatically download dependent packages when downloading a requested package. You should just need to type "apt-get install wine" at a root shell prompt to download and install all the dependent packages. You just need to tell it where it can find the Debian archives via an /etc/apt/sources.list file. That file should already exist on your system.
