AGPGART with two video cards (one disabled) not working

I have a Gateway E-3400 that has a motherboard with a built-in i810 
video card. This card has been disabled, and an ATI Rage128 of some-sort 
has been installed.

"lspci -v" reports:

I've recompiled the kernel to use AGP for the Rage 128; here's the

Can anyone point me to what needs to be done to enable direct rendering 
in X 4?
