None that I'm aware of, with features similar to and/or compatible with
Outlook.

There are a number of projects under various states of abandonment,
notably OpenFlock -- interesting ideas, but little implementation that
I'm aware of (and data to the contrary is welcomed).

Scheduling is one area in which GNU/Linux greatly lags alternative
environments, in large part because the alternatives are designed very
much as closed, proprietary, systems.

If you're looking for a simple system, there are various parts of the
'calendar' program which you may find useful.
