How are you using apt-get?  The current binary at that address is  
wine_0.20010223.034024 I suspect you're running -
# apt-get install wine

To get the latest at that site, wine_0.20010704.033820
you would have to install from source -
# apt-get -b source wine
will pull the needed files and build a .deb for you.
