Check out http://www.datadoktorn.nu/kortbyte.php -- you don't really need to
understand the language, the procedure is pretty obvious from the photos.
Except that after step 10 you'll need to put new card in; that's a reversal of
removal procedure (ie do steps 10, 9 and 8, in that order); then proceed to
step 11.
