Only with a little tweaking. I only do not know if Linux will set the
video card to that frequency. X only uses the configuration file to look
which video modes are allowed for your monitor (e.g. you do not blow your
monitor up).

Below the monitor section you see several Modelines. I do not exactly know
how to interpretet the values (probably man xf68config can tell you more),
but it has something to do with multiplying/dividing the herzes
with the dotclock.
