I took my first C++ programming course. I plan to download a compiler, unix based, after I get a linux OS on my computer. Will the debian GNU/Linux 2.2r3 be appropriate for my plans?PS I am used to command line, not windows based compiler. My computer is a Dell, IBM compatible which I purchased new in summer of 2000.
