I didnt help either. Knowing the NIC is an PCI card, set your BIOS to assign IRQ's automatically. Try 'cat /proc/pci' to eventually see the proper IRQ. Scan the PCI-Bus with 'lspci' to retrieve further information. Try 'modconf' to load and append additional options, like for example IRQ, IO, to the kernel.
