Well, they could start by explaining why so few women are interested in IT, and if they see a
way to overcome it.

And if there is , and it's within our reach/abilities, well what are we waiting for ?

I don't accept what is in fact a seggregation ( are there really  that many 'g' in that word ? ) and
I'm willing to make the appropriate efforts to help *anyone* interested in Debian. I just need to
be shown the right direction.
It's hard to solve a problem when you don't see where the problem exactly lies.

I hope you get my meaning the right way <smile here>. We're all on the same side !
( and if not, tell me, I'm not a native english speaker, so I might have expressed myself
wrongly)
