OPL3-SA3 Sound problem

I have looked over the Linux HOWTO and searched the archives
but nothing seems to help. I am thinking that maybe isapnp is not
running at boot since I see no reference to it in dmesg. How
do I find out if it is? Where do I set it up to run if it isn't
running?

Below is my setup... any obvious blunders here?
