thanks your reply, I tried what you suggest, but not work
I copy some vob file to my harddisk then
play it
it is more than 22 minutes(I can scroll to the end see the picture, 
whcih I already watched on windcowME), it I hit play it only play 7 minutes

any suggestion welcome
