syslog messages on the screen
I know thot others have been getting syslog messages appearing on the
screen and I am getting them too. But mine are not just from cron.
Packet log: input ACCEPT ppp0 PROTO=17 129.127.28.4:123 203.91.66.233:123
L=76 S=0x00 I=27024 F=0x4000 T=242 (#3)
PAM_unix[13521]: (cron) session opened for user mail by (uid=0)
named[21926]: Cleaned cache of 2 RRsets
The box is current unstable and this is what I have installed:-
un syslogd <none>
ii sysklogd 1.4.1-1
ii klogd 1.4.1-1
ii libpam-modules 0.72-16
Any clues? Did libpam-modules_0.72-16 really fix the cron problem?
Thanks,
Lindsay
