As I already said, that file does not contain the information I was
looking for, but I will look at the mailing list archives anyway.  Is
there any particular thread I should take note of?

(as for asking a question on another mailing list, proper etiquette
demands that I join the other mailing list first, but bandwidth is
becoming saturated on my 28.8kbps link, and I am already swamped in
more mailing lists then I can read :-(, so I don't think this is a
good idea).
