Yes; security.d.o, aka non-US (pandora.d.o, in fact), is located in at the
Leiden University, in the Netherlands. Wichert posted a message to -devel
yesterday explaining that there was a power outage, and that he went there to
fix it. non-US is connecting normally here already.
