It's some other broken computer. You can ignore it with 'echo 1 >
/proc/sys/net/ipv4/icmp_ignore_broken_error_responses' - in fact,
there's a line in the default /etc/sysctl.conf that you can uncomment to
cause this to be set at boot-time.
