Where are the "testing" install floppy images?

I decided to try instaling a "testing" machine today. (I need large file support
and I thought it might be in that distro).

However, when I looked on ftp.debian.org, I could not locate the "install" floppy
images. Where can I get them?

Or failing tis, whats the best way to install "testing" on a new machine? I have
network conectivity, but no CD on the machine I want to install this on.
