Even better yet...
When OS X comes out on the Macintosh. It will be a Unix kernal. So essentially you will get the best of both worlds. And then Adobe, Quark, etc. will be developing for the new OS. March 24th OS X comes out.
Maybe, if these companies are smart, the programs will also work under linux. We'll have to wait and see.
