If everything was working before you moved your computer than I would
suspect hardware.  Can you ping localhost and your computer's IP?  Does - 
/sbin/ifconfig eth0
show your card is up, with the correct settings?  Double checked all
cables, card and hub making sure all link lights are on?  Just some
thoughts.
