Debian installation local ftp

Hello all,
I have a problem! a number of my debian boxes are increased and rise 13 $-).
I want to have a debian packages on every box, the only way that I have  is
to create a ftp server with debian CD's. And setup dselect to use this
ftp server as a source.

When I try to use this structure, I could not see all packages that I have in my 3 CD,
and I thought than dselect couldnot correctly download all packages list.

Is there are any idea?
