Hello, When I try to start X as a non-root user I get the following message: X: warning; nice() of process failed: Operation not permitted Fatal server error: Cannot open log file "/var/log/XFree86.0.log" Starting X as root works fine. X4.0.2 is from progeny beta3. All other versions have worked fine. Any help would be appreciated. Please cc: me, I am not on this list. sean
