Still no Konqueror kookies w/o KDE running in Sid

I'm up to the KDE 2.1-beta2-2 binaries and Konqueror still ignores cookies 
unless the KDE environment is running.

Should I clear out my KDE settings or is it just not fixed yet?  Is it 
definitely reported as a bug to kde.org?
