Not directly.

Once you've configured *one* Debian system, cloning it is fairly
straightforward utilizing tools like "dpkg --get-selections" and
"--get-selections".  For a large number of identically configured
systems, I'd look to a diskless boot or push-update mechanism rather
than custom installations on each system.
