apt-get update failures

Why is apt-get update not finding the following links:
 kde.tdyc.com woody/kde2 Packages
 www.gnome.gr.jp ./ Packages
 kde.tdyc.com/dists/woody/kde2/binary-i386/Packages
 www.gnome.gr.jp/~tagoh/debian/gnome-db/./Packages
 www.gnome.gr.jp/~tagoh/debian/gnome-db/./Sources

This has been the case for better than 16 hours.
Just re-booted the hardware.
