postfix installation broken

Hey all--

I tried to replace slink exim with potato postfix using apt-get install
postfix. The installer
downloads the relevant debs, then breaks down with:

            Setting up postfix (0.0.19991231pl05-2) ...
dhelp_parse: You can add only directories under /usr/doc!

dpkg: error processing postfix (--configure):
 subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1
Errors were encountered while processing:
 postfix
