mysqldump is what you want.  See 
http://www.mysql.com/documentation/mysql/bychapter/manual_Tools.html#mysqldump.

To replicate db1 on host1 to db2 on host2 you can do:
mysqldump --opt -hhost1 -uuser -ppassword db1 | mysql -hhost2 -uuser 
-ppassword db2
