http://www.debian.org/distrib/packages says:


usr/share/aclocal/gnome/gnome-gettext.m4                   
devel/libgnome-dev

usr/share/glade/gnome/gnome-gettext.m4                      devel/glade

If you have debian-CD's, there shoud be a file called "Contents-i386.gz"
or something like that in the potato-directory. Do a 
debian$ zless Contents-i386.gz | grep gnome-gettext.m4
and you should have the same output as above. Just in case it happens
you need another file some time...
