Do you have a specific problem with dselect?
Have you looked at it's manpage?
There's also some documentation at
/usr/share/doc/debian/FAQ/ch-pkgtools.html and on
http://www.debian.org.
If you have problems with the Package Selection...if you enter the
Package Selection, a nice help screen should appear, which explains
the package selection really good.
