http forwarding to local subnet

I have my Debian server with two NIC's, one on the
internet and the other on the local subnet
(ip's:202.184.x.y and 10.0.0.100). There are other
debian boxes on the local subnet. Now I want that any
http request submitted via eth0 be automatically
directed to my other local box (at 10.0.0.1 or
10.0.0.2) via eth1.
Is there a simple way of doing it?
Thanks,
Shandar
