imho, there is great chance that the problem comes from your canonical
If not done, you should enter sthg like this in /etc/postfix/canonical :

user_name	your_mail@truc.com
root		your_mail@truc.com

Then, in comand line:
# postmap canonical
# postfix reload

   (_____/°°-ç    Virginie           
   |     \_`-"                            
   \nn   \nn
