Put
 FEATURE(`virtusertable', `hash /etc/mail/virtusers')dnl
in your /etc/mail/sendmail.mc and re-run sendmailconfig. You can then 
add your virtusers to /etc/mail/virtusers, all that´s left to do is to 
run
 makemap hash virtusers <virtusers
whenever you changed the file.
