I would try a
 
  setenv boot-device disk
 
at the ok (PROM) prompt, then
 
  reset
 
and it should boot from SCSI id 0.

When i say boot from harddisk and then it prompts you to reboot the ultra and remove floppy disks, i get the following error.
 
Rebooting with command: boot
boot device: disk:a   File and Args
Memory Address Not Aligned
ok
 
that is the above error that leaves me at the ok prompt, i dont know what to do from there or how to fix, does anyone have any ideas ?
