I have read somewhere on the Net that the newer lilo can now handle beyond
the 1024 cyclinder barrier....can anyone confirm this to be true...

A question tha I have:-

I noticed that grub comes on the 2.2 cds....after I dpkg -i...how do I
remove lilo and configure and use grub instead to boot my linux box....which
have all but /boot running reiserfs....
