When I played with the RH and Slackware flavors
of Linux, I could add the following lines to
my lilo.conf file to get a nice looking bootup
screen and a much better resolution on my console
screens.
# VESA framebuffer console @ 1024x768x64k
vga=791
Is there any way to do this in Debian 2.2?
The Debian lilo objects to the 791 value.
