compile problems after libc6 upgrade

I was told this problem is definitely a problem with my system, and I just upgraded libc6 yesterday (to ver 2.1.94-3 ). Will I have to downgrade to the stable Potato version? Is the problem that I failed to upgrade something else when I upgraded libc6?

tnx
