New ifhp package available (was: Re: Bug#71868: ifhp in Debian is way too old)

Actually I think the package should be ready. But I am not sure if anybody
is using the files in /usr/lib/filter that disappeared since the last 
version. 

I made my proposed package available at

	http://www.debian.org/~torsten/uploads/ifhp/

I would be glad if you could test if that package works for you.
