First off this isn't a Redhat email list you should contact them for
tech support.  Second Redhat is an operating system not a program. 
Third, read this --

and or go to the Redhat site and find their documentation or buy a
book.  You can install Linux without loosing the data on your HD.  It is
not 100% of course but it is possible.  To be real sure you can always
install another HD if that is possible for you and dual boot.
