emacs_20.6

Hello,

I want to install emacs_20.6. It seems that this also needs the package
emacsen-commen 1.4.10 but this package does not seem to be present. (only
the package emacsen-commen 1.4.9 is present). 
How should I install emacs_20.6

I also removed xemacs and then I tried to reinstall it. It did not work. I
don't understand why.
