Problems downloading files from debian.org

I just did an apt-get update, which shows a lot of new packages.
But apt-get -q upgrade just gives me a ton of messages like

Failed to fetch http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/frozen/main/binary-i386/devel/task-c-dev_0.4.1.deb
  404 Not Found
Failed to fetch http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/frozen/main/binary-i386/devel/task-debug_0.4.1.deb
  404 Not Found
Failed to fetch http://http.us.debian.org/debian/dists/frozen/main/binary-i386/devel/task-devel-common_0.
4.1.deb
  404 Not Found

Can anyone tell me what's going on?  Have I caught the archive in the
middle of an update?  Is it overloaded? ....
