hi,

the choice is yours.  (i did it w/i the last couple of
weeks on my deskbox; it was seamless! and it looks and
feels wonderful!  i would recommend upgrading--imho.)

here's what i did:

1.  i edited /etc/apt/sources.list by adding "deb
http://http.debian.org potato main contrib non-free" at
the end of the file. (no quotes.)

2.  as root, i typed "apt-get update"

3.  then i typed "apt-get dist-upgrade"

that's it!

it took a few hours on my 56k connect.  (so i took a
nap.)
