I noticed that if I try to make a group with a really long name, it doesn't work. I can, however, create really long usernames. Looking in the source of the passwd package, I see that usernames are limited by "whatever utmp can handle", but group names are limited by an arbitrary (max 16) limit. Can I file this as a wishlist bug? Adam
